Pulsar is a lovely and somewhat unusually shaped non-phallic silicone dildo with a recessed vibrator slot in the base, although you can certainly use it quite satisfactorily without a vibrator (it's sold without a vibrator, so if you do want it to vibrate, please see the paragraph below detailing which vibrators will fit). The shaft has an insertable length of about 7", including the slight curve of the tip. The widest points on the toy are just under 1-1/2" (at the head and at the slight flare in the middle of the shaft). It's actually very slightly over 1-1/2" right above the base. The base is sized well for butt or harness play at 2-3/4". Purple.
The recessed slot in the base of the Pulsar can hold a mini-bullet type vibrator. The manufacturer designed it to use the One-Touch Mini Bullet (no Tickler), but you can also use the Mini Bullet Multi-Mode Vibrator, or the Replacement Mini Bullet with Plug (no controller) (assuming you've already got a controller that has jacks into which you can plug the vibrator like theDynamic Duo [do note, the bullets that come with the Dynamic Duo are too big to fit into this dildo!]). Any of those vibrators will work in this dildo whether you plan to wear this in a harness or use it for hand-driven play. Other vibrators that really aren't going to work for harness use, but can work just fine for hand-driven play are the Waterproof Micro Stimulator (not good for harness use because it sticks out beyond the recessed slot although on the positive side, that does provide better access to the speed control) and the USB Powered Multi-Function Vibrator (with the Mini Bullet attachment) (not good for harness use because you'd be wired to the computer and that's not really functional for harness play which requires more freedom of movement than hand-driven play, at least for most folks). Do note, the Mini Bullet Variable Speed Vibrator really doesn't work well because it's a bit too narrow for the slot and spins around, twisting the wires, which is never a good thing, so we do not recommend that vibrator for use with this toy.
